Last week we celebrated represented artist Elliott Routledge and his latest international collaboration with Château Minuty, unveiling the Minuty M Rosé Limited Edition bottle at The Nielsen in a setting inspired by the effortless rhythms of the French Riviera.
Overlooking Sydney Harbour, guests gathered to experience the convergence of contemporary art, design and fine wine. The evening suggested the character of the Côte d’Azur, its fluid forms, shifting horizons and restrained yet unmistakable energy, reinterpreted through a contemporary Australian perspective.
Elliott was invited by the renowned Provence winery to translate Saint-Tropez into his visual language. His design traces the horizon, the sea and the gradient from soft pink to clear blue skies, flowing across the bottle in a gesture that mirrors his ongoing exploration of colour, form and spatial perception.
Guests enjoyed Minuty M Rosé (vintage 2024) paired with seasonal fare, while Elliott shared insights into his process and the translation of his abstract motifs into this new medium.
This collaboration extends Elliott’s practice into new terrain and marks a moment for Saint Cloche where contemporary Australian art enters dialogue with a storied French maison.
