These Terms & Privacy Policy apply to the Saint Cloche website, online shop and Saint Cloche Atelier services. By accessing or using this website, purchasing products or engaging Saint Cloche Atelier, you agree to these Terms, together with the Copyright Notice below. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time by publishing revised versions on this website. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Purchases

All artworks are sold subject to availability. Artwork images, dimensions and descriptions are provided in good faith. As many works are original or handmade, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before artworks are released, delivered or installed. Ownership of artworks transfers to the purchaser once full payment has been received.

Returns

Please choose carefully. Saint Cloche does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. This applies to:
- Original artworks
- Limited editions
- Commissioned works
- Custom framing
- Installation services
- Saint Cloche Atelier services

Where an artwork has been delivered and/or professionally installed, or Saint Cloche Atelier services have been completed, the purchase or service is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Saint Cloche Atelier

Saint Cloche Atelier provides art advisory, curatorial and creative consultancy services for residential, commercial and hospitality projects, together with exhibition, event and installation services.

Project proposals, quotations or invoices may include additional terms relating to deposits, production schedules, commissions, freight, installation, scheduling, venue requirements or third-party suppliers. Where these differ from these Terms, the project-specific agreement will apply.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving artworks, concepts, designs and project details prior to fabrication, delivery or installation. Once a project has been approved and delivered or installed in accordance with the approved proposal, it cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind or changes to aesthetic preference.

Shipping & Installation

Shipping, delivery and installation charges are quoted separately unless otherwise stated. Delivery and installation dates are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. Saint Cloche works with experienced third-party freight and installation providers where appropriate but cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.

Clients should inspect artworks promptly following delivery or installation and notify Saint Cloche as soon as reasonably as possible if any damage has occurred during transit. Once an artwork has been collected by the purchaser or their nominated courier, responsibility for the artwork passes to the purchaser.

Gift Cards

Saint Cloche e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are single-use only. The full value of the card is redeemed in a single transaction and no remaining balance or credit will be retained. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, returned, resold or exchanged for another Saint Cloche e-Gift Card, except where required by law. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Saint Cloche e-Gift Cards.

Privacy Policy

Saint Cloche respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect personal information that you choose to provide when you:
- Make an enquiry
- Purchase an artwork
- Engage Saint Cloche Atelier
- Subscribe to our mailing list
- Register for an exhibition, event or Atelier experience
