Shipping & Collection

Unless otherwise stated, artwork prices do not include shipping, delivery or installation. Artworks may be collected from Saint Cloche Gallery during gallery opening hours.

If you would like us to arrange shipping within Australia or internationally, please contact info@saintcloche.com for a separate freight quotation. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, destination and insurance requirements of each artwork. Shipping insurance can be arranged on request.

As the gallery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, responses to shipping enquiries may be delayed during this time.

Once an artwork has been collected by you or your nominated courier, responsibility for the artwork passes to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind on original artworks, limited editions, commissioned works, custom framing, installation services or Saint Cloche Atelier projects.

Where an artwork has been delivered and/or professionally installed, or Saint Cloche Atelier services have been completed, the purchase or service is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or returned due to change of mind.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Artwork Availability

All artworks are subject to availability. While we endeavour to keep our website up to date, artworks may occasionally sell through the gallery before the website is updated. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to discuss an alternative or arrange a full refund.

E Gift Cards

Saint Cloche e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Saint Cloche e-Gift Cards are single-use only. The full value of the card is redeemed in a single transaction and no remaining balance or credit will be retained.

Gift Cards cannot be be redeemed for cash or credit, returned, resold or exchanged for another Saint Cloche e-Gift Card, except where required by law.

Currency

All prices displayed on the Saint Cloche website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment

The Saint Cloche online shop accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before artworks are released, delivered or installed.

Security

Payments made through our website are processed using secure SSL encryption technology. Saint Cloche does not store your complete credit card details, PINs or card security codes.
