Shipping/Delivery

Purchases from the Saint Cloche online shop do not include shipping or delivery. They can be picked up in our gallery in Paddington or you may arrange your own shipping.

If you would like for us to arrange national or international shipping, please email us at info@saintcloche.com for a separate shipping quote. Please note, as the gallery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, we may not respond to your shipping quote request immediately.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges.

E Gift Cards

The Saint Cloche e-Gift Card is a single-use card: the full value of each card is deducted at redemption and no credit is permitted. The Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law). They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within that period. Saint Cloche e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for further Saint Cloche e-Gift Cards.

The Saint Cloche online shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards.

Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.
