Saint Cloche together with our friends at Two Good Co are thrilled to announce the third cookbook collaboration with the Two Good Co which features the delectable paintings of artist Leanne Xiu Williams.
Leanne’s sumptuous still life paintings were reproduced as the end papers and chapter openers to the new book. With over 100+ new recipes and stories that celebrate the power of Good Food, this book focusses on more simple adaptable recipes for the day-to-day, Leanne wanted to capture the beauty of raw ingredients alongside the feeling of eating at home with loved ones.
Leanne created a series of paintings for the book, depicting intimate food scenes for each of the chapters and endpapers and will be on show and for sale through Saint Cloche gallery in Paddington.
In this cookbook, Two Good pays homage to their origins; their core belief that having less time or money should never mean less love and nourishment. That good food prepared with care is a universal act of love – and self-love -with the power to change the course of someone’s life. With shorter recipes, more simple ingredients and adaptable techniques, this cookbook has been carefully crafted to help anyone achieve goodness with less.
50% of the profits raised from sales of the book will be reinvested into supporting, empowering and employing women at risk of homelessness.
The book is designed by Evi O Studio, and is brought to life through photography by Petrina Tinslay, and styled by David Morgan.
A delightful gift for a loved one, or to enjoy at home. Click here to purchase.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Leanne Xiu Williams is an emerging artist who lives and works on Gadigal land (Sydney). She is a self-taught painter and Art History graduate from the University of Sydney. She is inspired by people and the way that they relate to their surroundings and one another, and she explores this across a range of subjects, including still life, portraiture, and figurative work.
Through her artmaking she hopes to capture intimate moments in time by paying careful attention to the interplay of light and shadow and creating evocative tonal compositions. It is through these material qualities that her work alludes to experiences beyond representation, invoking memories, dreams, and sensations.
She was recently featured in The Design Files’ article ‘10 Emerging, Affordable Artists You Need to Have On Your Watchlist’ for 2023, and soon to be revealed, Leanne’s collaboration with Two Good Co.
I was honoured to be involved in this project and work with Two Good Co – not only do they do incredible work, but collaborating with the team and other creatives involved was a very special experience. Everyone brought their own unique perspectives and visions to ‘Change the Course’, and it was exciting to consider how my paintings would complement the rest of the book.
For this collaboration I wanted to focus on creating a series of paintings depicting intimate food scenes for each of the chapters and the endpapers. As this book focusses on simpler, adaptable recipes for the day-to-day, I wanted to capture the beauty of raw ingredients alongside the feeling of eating at home with loved ones.
